Shoal Grass Lodge prides itself on serving the finest Texas cuisine, and chef Tom Robertson works magic with beef, chicken, pork, and a bounty of seafood and wild game. All meals are served in the Great Room, and each evening dinner is preceded by a reception hour. Beverages are free during your stay at the lodge, and the appropriate wine is always served with dinner. The bar remains open each evening after dinner. Conference groups may elect to have beverage and meal service in the Conference Center.

Chef Tom continuously impresses with his creativity and hearty portions. Texas beef and fresh seafood usually headline the menus for lunch and dinner, and breakfasts may be Continental buffet style or sit down, depending on the number in your party and your needs.Special dietary requirements will be accommodated - be sure to provide notice of your needs when booking.
